This explains what Timeless collects and why, in plain language.
Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google (or Apple) when you sign in. The content of capsules you create — text, photos, and voice recordings — along with the delivery date and your recipient's contact info (name, email, phone number). If you import important dates, the specific contacts and dates you choose to import — we never read your full contact list beyond what you select.
To create your account, store your capsules until their delivery date, and deliver them by email, SMS, or WhatsApp at that time. If you enable notifications, we use a device push token to tell you when a capsule has arrived. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Capsule content is only ever shown to you and the recipient you choose. Recipients don't need an account — they open a private link to view what you sent them. We use third-party services (email/SMS delivery, cloud hosting) solely to operate the app; they don't use your data for their own purposes.
We keep your account and capsules until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and every capsule you've created, sent or scheduled — this can't be undone.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which permanently erases your data. You can turn notifications off from the You tab. For any other request — including a copy of your data — contact support.
